Impossible to talk to a human and their office closes at 3pm! Customer service is non-existent. I've emailed them but to date, haven't received a reply. On signing up they allocate you a set 'pick up' day, but to date, they've NEVER picked up on that day, and there's always an excuse. At the beginning I would put the bin out on our allocated day, but due to the bin sitting out on the kerbside for days on end, occasionally the wind would tip it over. So I no longer put the bin out kerbside, but leave it just inside the property (easily visible, sheltered from the winds and about 2m from the road). So now they have started charging me $2 for their staff to move it when they FINALLY do the pick up. In their emails they talk about their 'scooter guys' that apparently go along prior to the trucks arrival, to ensure the bins are kerbside. There has never been mention of a charge for this, the impression you get it is just 'what they do' for convenience. It's a rort. Greenfingers ... how can you justify charging a fee to collect a bin when you NEVER turn up on our allocated day of collection? Will be cancelling my account, have had enough. Get your act together!!

I would give a zero if I could. I've having their service for more a couple years. I had to cancel it today because of various reasons. When I called them, the lady name start with M is not willing to help at all. Firstly, she told me I have to have another service from them which is two months later. Why? My bin was only collected last week, and it is totally empty. I don't need another service from you. After I raised my concern, she told me to put their bin outside for their collection. That is Ok. It is your bin. But then she told me it will be collected after two weeks... The bin will stay at the kerbside for two weeks. It will be a hazard for the children walk pass it, and it is ugly. Then then give me another option, I had to pay $60 for them to give me a date for them to collet it. WOW!!! I don't have an option. Do I?

Id rate this company zero star if there is an option. I understand that Covid had affected them but to lie to their customers is just another level. I don’t recommend this company at all.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Collections are being missed and when I check the website it states the bag was collected (GPS said so) and it is almost impossible to 'talk' to them - they want communication through the comments section of their website. When I have got through to someone she 'fobs you off'. I need what I paid for - a reliable service.

Had used their service for green waste for a few years and now decided to stop for the following reasons:* Their statement is always difficult to understand. It does not tell you the payment is from which date to which date.* When I started with them in 2017, price was $60 for 6 collections. In 2018 Dec, price jumped to $78. This month it's up to $90. Each price increase did not come with any notice in advance.* They recently changed the collection date in my area. Although they did send reminders but I got so used to the old date that I still missed a collection, and had to pay for it.

A customer for 5 years. However, there's been terrible service for the last two of those years.There are regular delays in collecting our garden bags. So much so that we've had to make trips to the general rubbish dumps due to the extra collection waiting times. On two occasions we've been charged for collections that never occurred. On top of that, they are difficult to contact and get a timely response from.I think there's been a change in management or ownership. Unfortunately for us, it's been a bad service. Cancelling today.

The Greenfingers's service is completely not fit for purpose. The worst service one can ever imagine. We experienced it all: missed collections, very late collections, having to remined a collection was not done, etc, etc. The very last disappointment was them choosing not to collect the bag because the standard capacity bag was too heavy". So they charged us $ but chose not to do their job. Even though the bag was filled in exactly the same manner as all other collections - with just standard garden waste (thin branches

We urgently needed a garden bag to clear garden waste at our house as we were moving out within a week. We ordered a bag and were told it would take 5-7 days. 2 weeks later and we've been told it'll be yet another 5-7 days. When questioned about the delay we we're advised that their usual delivery time 10-14 (which is not what was said when initially ordering the bag. If we knew this we never would have used this service).I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Added note :We still haven't received the bag and no communication from the company AT ALL. Multiple attempts to call the 0800 number and 092795849 no response!!!!!!!

Had been a customer for a number of years, and due to Covid situation over last couple of years I was excusing the random collection times and unresponsiveness. However, the service has become so poor, we've cancelled.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and it is my intention to not add another year to this incredibly bad service. They missed emptying my bin again and after finally getting someone to talk too won't be back for another 7 - 10 days. Also marked my account as successfully completed. This is not the first time.
