Having lived in a property under Smart Rental Property Management for the past 4 years, has been the most easy, friendly and super helpful property management team that I have ever had to deal with to date. Judy and her team have been absolutely AMAZING through their professionalism and communication, to being able to access them when a problem has occurred. During COVID-19 they offered great support and checked in regularly with my family and I. If something broke in the property, Judy and Madeline made sure to follow it up and send someone in as fast as they could. Although we are moving on, which is out of our hands, I would hands down continue to stay in one of their homes that they manage. Their easy and fast house inspections were the best, HASSLE FREE! Thank you team, we will miss having you look after us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Judy was my property manager for almost 3 years. As a tenant I found her to be very professional, friendly, and attentive. If there was any kind of problem, Judy would respond and deal with it quickly and efficiently. I found her to be very fair, reasonable, and reliable. She has high standards about how tenants should take care of a property. As a previous home owner who has rented properties, I think this is a very important for a property manager.
