The Warehouse Linwood - Eastgate

I am outraged. 2 months ago I bought 4 packs of different flower seeds from the warehouse. I prepared a proper flower bed. Dug up all the grass and weeds. Now 6 weeks later I am 100 % positive that there were no flower seeds but grass seeds in the pack. Not a single flower came up.Got a few packs of flower seeds from mite 10 and they looked alright.Never ever buy flower seeds from the warehouse! Bit time waste!

I went to exchange a product, perfect condition just sans packaging so I was refused the exchange. This was interesting as a different sized product of the same type had been returned and repackaged by the store (as it was sitting on the shelf - picture). Staff member just parroted store return policy to me and I felt like they just wanted me out of the store. The only way staff could have been more disinterested in helping me is if they were asleep.I will not be returning again.

Went in this afternoon with my young person to find a pair of headphoned. Of course they are all boxed up so you cant really try them on, and as headphones are all different and fit differently on people, we asked if we bought a pair and took them home to 'try on' could we return them if they didnt fit well. The assistant said no , but she could open the box for us, and let us have a look. This is not helpful , as you still cant tell if they are a comfortable fit. She said it was for health and saftey reasons, which makes no sense at all, when you can try on a pair of shoes or even try on a hat for that matter, ( which i would think poses more of a health risk) but this is ok . Plus you would be able to return these items, if they were not the right fit, but not headphones!! And Im not talking about the little buds that fit in your ears, no, I mean the large type that fit over your ears!This is ridiculous!Poor customer service.

Just went in store at Eastgate and was helped by Oliver who deserves a huge thanks. We were looking for a chrome cast which wasn’t on shelf yet he looked around, made some calls and found it for us. Definitely needs a pay rise !!!

Well stocked & fair prices. Does get cramped if it's a busy day - store layout could be better.

Had an issue with a product and Kendra sorted it for us easy. She was empathetic, listened to the situation and resolved it. Brilliant customer service !

What can you say, another big red shed and just as messy as the rest. Mind you it was the day after Boxing Day. The one thing I did see at this store that I haven't see at any of the other stores was at the unusual behaviour of the staff serving at the jewellery counter, as shown in my photos. When I arrived at the counter there were other customers waiting ahead of me for assistance. The two staff members behind the counter had their backs toward us and seemed to be more intent on talking to each other and looking at what was on the computer screen than what was going on behind them. I was there for well over 10 minutes and not once during that time did either of the two staff turn around. And yes, in one of the pictures, that is jewellery sitting on top of the counter.
