Joel and his team worked quickly to help find a solution for my broken washing machine. Joel was honest and sincere in his discussion of the different appliances available to purchase. I am very pleased with the service I received at 100% Opotiki when I recently bought a new microwave oven. Joel Curley, the owner/manager was very personable. If I ned any more appliances in the future, I will be sure to go there.

Posting from my mums gmail but Joel helped us buy a washing machine. He was amazing I came in earlier told him I would be back with my partner and done us a deal in a 6.5kg Panasonic washing machine. He even dropped off straight after purchase! He has great customer service skills and I am one happy customer :) thanks Joel for helping us out we will deffs be back to buy our new fridge next :)

Today I went into the brand new 100% Opotiki Appliance and furniture store. I was so impressed with the friendly helpful staff, the store was well set out and easy to move around to look at the appliances. I was in need of a washing machine and got such a good deal. They delivered it a few hours later, connected it all up, checked it was working and even took away my old machine which had died last weekend.Totally recommended A++
