Salvation Army Family Store
Prices are reasonable and staff are nice. Although what drove me to come and review was the fact that a Shein jacket (a nice jacket might I add) had a price tag of $40 whereas a Trelise Cooper dress in pristine condition was $25. Slight imbalance there. I made staff aware about the overpriced Shein jacket but they didn't want to change the price despite the fact that they were asking more than what it probably retailed for....

It used to be a nice store with a great children's area. Since new management has taken over, it has turned into an empty, cold store. A real disappointment. I hope it returns to how it used to be.

Heaps of goodies. Got a lot of great toys here not so much with clothes. Good staff, nice and tidy place and good prices.

Been going here for years. I am often able to get quality things at a fraction of the retail price here. The service and staff have been generally really good and friendly however, there seems to be a shift as I have had a few unsettling experiences with the behind the counter staff recently in which has left me reluctant to return.

My mum myself and sister shopped in this store today 18 august 2018. Was very busy, however purhased 3 drawers, 1 couch, bedspreads, clothes and knick knacks. the layout of the store is great and it is a very clean. You have good pricing on what we were looking at and staff that served us were very helpful and friendly. Easy location to find. Thanks for the experience and will be back again. Cheers

Completely incompetent (young) staff to wrap items. Unfortunately a delicate item slipped through the bottom of a box and smashed before even getting to the car.

Used to be good, now there’s nothing to look at. Take us back to the old store!!!*we spent a lot of money at this store, multiple times a week. since it’s changed, haven’t bought anything in three months

Salvation Army Family Store
My family and I enjoy popping in after work to find a treasure or two. Unfortunately, for a few weeks now they have been closing at 4pm despite the shop hours sign on the window stating a closure time of 5pm.
