Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited
I am writing concerning the lack of customer service and responsibility that Mobil NZ provide their customers. After purchasing a Steak and Cheese pie at the Pukekohe Mobil at 1 Manuaku Road, I discovered it was warm around the edges and totally Ice Frozen" in the middle. I called the Station to which I was told the Manager was at home and back at midday. I then finally get hold of the head office where the woman on the phone didnt give to hoots. The fact they heat there frozen pies using a pie warmer alone is ridiculous and inevitably the said pie
