Limited opening hours made it very difficult to actually get to speak to somebody over the phone. When I had tried almost all the contact details they have, I finally got to actually speak to somebody. The lady was short with me, rude and wouldn't put me through to the department I wanted to speak to.

Very rude staff . My holiday visa was declined for no reason and they are not ready to give any explanations . basically i got robbed. they got me to book my tickets and hotel $3550 all paid for and now i dont no what to do. :((

Pleasant enough experience to get a tourist visa. Noticed a lot of negative reviews but my experience was good called in on Monday and passport back on Friday.No complaints from me.Nga mihi

Relatively quick visa processing - got my tourist visa within 4 days for $60 and they let me correct a mistake on the form by hand.Applied with an EU passport and invitation letter
