They have a good price and nice workBut their customer service is so badIn google the opening hours 7:30am U wait for them until 8am no one openedThen I text then about timing they said 8:30am, and they opened 8:45amAlso they didn’t feel sorry about the long time waiting, no smiling,If they improved their customer serviceI believe they will be the best

Great shop, have been using these guys for my work trucks and personal car for awhile now. Always friendly, helpful, fast and a great group of employees. Would highly recommend these guys for all your car mechanical needs.

Just got my tyre changed, the boss is very nice, and one of it's workers, a guy from Philippine got excellent skills and very friendly, I like him, I will recommend this place to my friends.

I went for a WOF recently with these guys and it was an Awesome Experience.They present a Clean, Tidy ,Professional & Efficient workshop. Which is always a good start...I just rocked up & they booked me in the Same Day!A cool bunch of people, who were nothing but Friendly ,Helpful.& they clearly have a Great depth of knowledge of their business & industry.They were also very understanding when an issue arose (Totally the Fault of / an input error by NZTA staff !) meaning I had to come back the next day to get the WOF confirmed on the system,& the sticker attached.It's Really Hard to find this Level of Service these days. So when I / you do - Honour & Applaud it . FIVE Stars !

I went to this workshop with a flat tyre today. I planned to change a new one. The boss checked the old tyre and put it back with no charge. Good man. Highly recommend.

I regularly do service for my car here. Yesterday I went there to jumpstart my car. One of the employee started asking for $150 to borrow there jump start cable. At the first he started saying he can’t help me and after my beg he said he will charge $150 which I don’t able to pay him. I got ready pay $150 as well if he can help me out. So last he said talk to my manager but I won’t help you.My point is if he don’t wanna help he can clearly say no to the customer instead of making fun of the customer. I can assume based on this why always some other expense comes out when they do WOF and service my car.I would not recommend to any of friend. You will never know when their employee will cheat you.

I am very disappointed by and angry about Action Tyres & Autos. The service was slow, the staff was rude and my wheel logo was missed during the service, but they said there was no wheel logo on my wheel.When they knew I am a Jew. They used Arabic slurs to insult me.How can such a business be so Anti-Semitic and running in the neighbourhood?

Drove in with to fix my tyre which had a bolt penetrated.The Indian guy struggles to get the tyre out of the wheel. He managed to get it out somehow. It only took him 50min.Then he put the tyres back in and started scratchy his head.He called his old man boss. The boss came to me says, 'He damaged your tyre, we will give you a new tyreIt probably gave me the cheapest tyre. (My tyre was only two months old) I got a new tyre and drove away. The same weekend, I went to another garage to get WOF and failed as the tyre is not matching the other side. that was in Brown's Bay. wasted half of my weekend.Review 2.. I 'BOOKED' 10 am Saturday for another vehicle WOF as my old garage shut down.I arrived by 9:50 the old man walked out says 'WOF guy is not here todayWTF..then Why I did book and a simple call or txt message would save the weekend trip.I wish google review star can go negative, Even one star is too much for this junk yard.

Went in for WOF and service - the team there are great. Car is running smoothly again. Would recommend.
