First Class Service Sunday Afternoon. Will Definitely advise my Family to go there for any Bike repairs

As a first time customer I found the owner friendly and most helpful. He adjusted the gearing on my ebike and gave advice while I waited. I will definitely support this business

Bit disappointed my gear control was not what I wanted and what was agreed.However was replaced asap. My husband's bike purchased today was all set up and ready for him.

I would like to share my terrible experience as an ex-customer of this bike shop.I took my bike to Revolution Bikes today, told and wrote in the order to do the following:- Adjust back gear;- Check front and back suspension pressure;- Check tyre pressure;Just it!Surprisingly, I returned there to pick up my bike and got a $298 bill for a service that I didn't authorise.Without consulting me or asking for approval for more service (they have my name and phone number) they decided to do extras.I ended up paying:- Workshop WOF Silver Service $130- Brake Pads x2 $79.98- Labour hyd brake bleed $80As a customer, I would expect to get a call from the shop, informing me that more work would need to be done and asking me if I would like to go ahead or not.The service on the bike was good, but I'm very frustrated with their approach to making decisions without asking the customer.I complained and then, I paid the bill. Nobody even said: Sorry, we made a mistake.I'm extremely disappointed as a customer and I won't return.

Fantastic shop to hire bikes. Very professional and 10/10 service - really going above and beyond for their customers. Would definitely recommend.

Jake and Claire from Revolution Bikes are amazing- they have gone the extra mile to help us out after being mucked around by another bike shop. Jake is helpful and friendly and is very proactive. Excellent work.

The best service around.. They didn't carry the bike i wanted but they are extremely helpful for all my service needs. So lucky to have them in Havelock North.

Fantastic service! Stopped in unannounced first thing this morning with a fault on my e-bike. Quickly diagnosed as minor and fixed for no charge. Thanks Team Revolution!
