I have had bad experiences with other ProfessioNail branches before and heard horror stories from friends about other branches as well. ProfessioNail in Takapuna is a completely different experience. The staff are lovely and really take care of you and your nails. If there is a smudge or mistake they take time to redo it. They also offer great advice on maintaining the health of your nails and on upkeep. I have been going there for over two years now and even now that I've moved further away, I still prefer to go there as I don't trust any other place to do such a good job. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I get my nails done.

Dan is by far the best nail technician I have tried, she is kind, fast and makes sure that you are happy with her work.She has being doing my nails for 2+ years. I have tried shellac, acrylics and SNS on my nails and the results have always been great durable shiny nails!

Great service at professional nails done by the girls. My nails look amazing. Staff was so polite and lovely. My nails always last a very long time compared to other nail places! Love coming here :)

Worst nails (gel) I've ever received, asked lady to fix them but she wouldn't. All nails are various thicknesses with some air bubbles, and even a couple cuticle cuts. Won't be back.

Terrible service. Pathetic…!The staff are so robotic, does not understand when it is their mistake.I did SNS and after 02 days, it got chipped, and eventually nail broke. They damaged the nails when removing previous SNS, didn’t even let me keep my nails in acetone for 20 seconds, got on to scrapping. Tran and Dan give false promises asking to come back to fix it and then they hide inside. Terrible. I cannot event see basic service ethics like a smile or a sorry.No wonder there are so many bad reviews.

Dany took care of me for shellac toe nails and a full set of dip finger nails, she was absolutely amazing! She's so lovely and did an amazing job of everything. 100% will be going back and can highly recommend her and the team at Professionail Takapuna.
