I ordered some preworkout from NZ Muscle, which did arrive contaminated with some liquid inside, making it lumpy and unsafe to consume. I sent NZ Muscle an email explaining what happened, and almost instantly they replied to me. Sasha was apologetic, empathetic, and explained the steps they would take to resolve the issue. My new preworkout is in the mail one business day later and I will be using NZ muscle again. 5 stars for customer service!

NZ Muscle has a great range of products and the head office customer service was so friendly and easy to work with , contacted them about a free gift that didn't arrive with my order to find out my order wasn't actually eligible for the free gift where they provided one anyway for the inconvenience. 10/10 Would 100% recommend
