At the first visit from Jason I knew he was the one for me!He was on time, he was interested in what I wanted and he made great suggestions.Enter Dayna. Preview drawings and a quote arrived promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her to change.Enter Jack. The day of demolition arrived, a day I had been dreading. But all went smoothly and my new bathroom took shape very quickly.The tradies arrived one after the other and were all very professional to deal with.I would absolutely recommend this great team to anyone thinking of replacing or refurbishing their bathroom.

Have just had Jason from Bathrooms in Auckland remodel my 92yr father's tired 90's bathroom into a new millennium look. Absolutely fabulous. Jason & Jack did a fantastic job on renovating 2 bathrooms in our house. A few sub contractors were also helping out. I found Bathrooms In Auckland by doing a google search originally and loved their website and it gave us a good idea what we want and what we can get for a specified price. We contacted Dayna and we got Jason to come around a few weeks later and he completed 2 bathroom renovations in a period of about 6 weeks which was on time and budget. The renovation process was project managed by Jason and everything ran effortlessly between various sub contractors and they all did a great job. They were also happy to make some minor changes we needed done along the way and we love the end result. Dayna helped us through the onboarding process deciding what we want and we did a few revisions of the quotes up to a point where we were happy with all the chosen fittings, sizes, colours etc. Jason came around and installed it as per our specific requirements and did an amazing job. They did a full bathroom renovation on our main bathroom, and made some changes to the secondary one. Both Jason and Dayna are highly professional, helpful, no-nonsense, and extremely skilled at what they do. They were the only company who gave us the impression we could trust them with our renovations during the quoting phase, and they exceeded our every expectation.Dayna is thorough and proactive with her communication, we always knew what was going on from a project and financial perspective.Jason is fast and efficient, knowledgeable and honest with his work. He fully managed the whole team of electricians, plasterers and painters with zero hiccups - despite the whole COVID situation and going through various phases of lockdown.100% would recommend, we definitely know we wouldn't want anyone else working in our house but them.

Jason, Jack & Dayna were a pleasure to work with for our bathroom refurbishment, and we are so happy with the final product!!There was a slight delay due on the shower glass due to COVID, but everything else with the work was on track, and Jason made sure to keep me in the loop at all times.We will 100% recommend to friends & family.

We contacted Bathrooms in Auckland in January because we had a semi-urgent need for a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Within two months of that first phone call, the bathroom was finished and looking great. Not only does it function well (space to easily maneuver the wheelchair, grab bars in the right places, and good drainage for the open shower floor), it also looks beautiful. Jason and Dayna worked with us on the plan, listening to our particular requests and adjusted it as needed. We were impressed by their tightly organized project management that meant that work was done on time and sub-contractors arrived and left when scheduled. Jason, Jack and all the other tradies worked hard and efficiently. They were friendly, respectful of our space and took care through the midst of the Omicron outbreak to ensure our safety and theirs. We would be happy to use their services again.

After contacting many different Bathroom reno specialists and just not feeling the right vibe or genuine interest, I gave Bathrooms in Auckland a call and asked them to come and quote. From the moment Jason came in and quoted he talked common sense, and his main priority was what we wanted to achieve, and everything was possible (whereas others couldn't be bothered with our special requests). The quote came through from Dayna - Jason's partner - and the job started less than 2 weeks later. It was a FULL gut and re-do renovation with floor to ceiling tiling and all the other mod-cons. Our bathroom now looks like a showroom in a top end store and we couldn't be more pleased. Jason worked hard doing the bulk of the work, whilst various other Tradies came in and did the specialist stuff - all of whom came on time, with no worries for me at all. All the subbies were nice trustworthy guys. Jason was a pleasure to have in our home, and we had some laughs along the way. A great team at Bathrooms in Auckland - who do what they say they will and take care of your home in the process. They even sent a cleaner in at the end to make everything pristine clean!
