The staff was extremely rude showing signs that they were clearly not taught any manners when speaking to a customer on the phone. They pressured us to hasten our order when we just needed a few seconds to clarify something, demonstrating that they definitely do not have good staff management if one staff member is struggling to wait for a second or two. Even if they are in a hurry, they should not be condescending and speak in a calm and friendly manner. Additionally, even if some of the staff were on leave for the holidays and the others were feeling stressed by the amount of workers left, it gives them no right to be hostile and people like that would not be able to survive in this industry with that disgusting and horrible attitude. Furthermore, the owner/the person who hired them is also to be blamed for not setting standards for the staff and for allowing them to have a superiority complex when speaking to customers. In all honesty, we were looking forward to eating their food but we would rather be treated right than enjoy the food made by people who are vile and obnoxious.

The service very good, the meals were excellent .I had chicken salad ,daughters 3 4 and 5 had steak meal , chicken burger meal and omelette with choco chocolate milk shake. So yes good meals .

Very tasty counter food at reasonable prices. Pretty good coffee and plenty of lunch options. My friend and I enjoyed ours and I took a fresh almond croissant away for afternoon tea which didn't disappoint.

I got a fish burger and chips with a glass of pineapple juice. The juice tasted like it was poured straight outta a can of doles pineapple slices. The burger bun was burnt, fish was small and was not fresh. Chips were decent but only lightly seasoned.

Meal was pleasant and the environment calm and clean. The Eggs Benedict was tasty but cold, which worried me as it was 9am and the Hollandaise felt refrigerated from the day before. Coffee however was delicious!

Environment...My initial impression was pretty good till I try to have my coffee and cookies. Coffee (Americano) was rather weak but I can accept this standard as it has been challenging to find real premium coffee.The cookies are excessively sweet and just not too sure if the other desserts are the same sugary sweet...Anyway, the things that bothered me was the loud trashy music and staff at counter are a little loud. Plus the high ceiling and hards walls, the acoustic are not helpful for a peaceful moment with my coffee. This is just my personal preference when I drink my coffee.

Not much parking but nice area.Nice shop layout with a decent amount of seating.Service wasn't the greatest. Keep waiting at counter for a while before even a greeting.$23 for a beef burger. Ouch! Mushroom and chicken filo parcel good size for the $9 price tag.

food was okay but not worth the price $23 for eggs benedict is pricy .. plus they charged 10% surcharge .. not going there again spent more than $50 for only two dishes .. rippoff

Food was great. Unfortunately service for coffee was ridiculously slow as we had just about finished brunch when ours were delivered and weren't great. Their chai sweet latte tasted like dish water and cappuccino was ok
