Chicken apricot pie demolished with joy. Seafood salad was okay. Tip would be to put more dressing in the salad and chop seafood chunks into smaller pieces.

Friendly staff and great food and drinks. Shared a big bowl of hot curly fries with my sis and had this good looking and tasty rocky road latte"."

Absolutely love this cafe but some of the staff need to remember to smile and act like they enjoy being there. Went in Friday around 11am 24/3 to be served by a young lady who acted like she was at the dentist the whole time.We all have bad days, but at the counter we smile, make the customer our focus and pretend we are having the greatest day.If a team member is struggling to do this, then it's up to management to provide the skills and support to help staff portray happiness and professionalism. Until then they need to be aware when things are not going so well and keep staff out the back until they can regain their composure.

Went here on a first date, as we were leaving a waitress handed my date a note. Something along the lines of don't date straight guys, with her phone number. March 5th last year, so I'm sure there's nothing you can really do, water under the bridge, but pretty unprofessional none the less.EDIT: How do you not understand? I went here on a date, the waitress thought this was the perfect opportunity to try and hit on my date, really unprofessional. Or is that normal now?

A lovely place for Breakie.Had the most delicious French Toast here with Bacon and Caramelized Banana while my Partner had the Berry option. The staff where friendly and the order was super quick. The meal and Drinks where scrumptious. Prices where decent for the quality. The atmosphere felt crowded and a little claustrophobic. The outside space is much nicer. But would go here again for Breakfast!

Terrible owner. No idea about allergies. Have incorrect advice about what was gluten free. When it turned up to the table and questioned again was told they did not know.Coffee was watery not good at all.

Easy analysis evidenced by the fact there are always lots of customers happily eating drinking chatting in this busy inside, outside cafe slap bang in the middle of Whanganui.....why 4 stars - I don't do 100% very often - probably this place does deserve 5 stars actually
