When we entered the showroom, we felt very welcomed as new customers and were pointed to Rom Ramos. Rom is a great listener of the customer situation, what they search for and which needs they have.He helped us to find the right product, had ideas but still made sure it’s our decision. I called in this week looking for a tile to install in a bench top. I was given exceptional service by Kirsty and a great deal, she even organized a tiler to come to the shop and cut the tile to size for me, you saved my day Kirsty, thanks heaps!
