Its a tired empty looking premises. I’ve only used it periodically if passing. Customer service is not a patch on NZ Post agencies in downtown Mt Maunganui and Papamoa Plaza. Its just not a nice experience.

Wasn’t helpful in sorting customer queries. Came with a bill to pay and as it wasn’t scanning via the phone I kindly asked if they could try manually inputting the number to see if the infinity system would allow manual inputs. To which was completely refused by the team member on post and instructed that screen protector would have to come off the phone in order for them to manually input.Never had this kinda of request before and was kinda a poor show of customer service

AWFUL SERVICE. The lady behind the counter (staff) started calling me selfish (multiple times) for asking a question.I said I'm sorry I have to leave, the other guy was trying to deescalate the situation but the lady stopped him, and said she wants to leave let her and don't come back.

Service is poor at best. I stopped going to this Post Office some time back as helpful and pleasant long time staff left and new owners took over. Today at my mistake I went back. Nothing has changed. I was quoted a price to post an item only to find it doubled when I went to post the item. Staff member admitted mistake but no apology. Never again.

RadioLive is always chattering away in this business, just unnecessary for customers and only serves the two or three employees who work there. I'm undecided as to whether I prefer this post office over the Bayfair one. Service one should come to expect.

Terrible customer service. The first time I came here I thought perhaps the staff member was having a bad day. The subsequent times I've had to use this post office, staff were unfriendly and rude. Sadly, I will have to go out of my way to find a friendlier post office.

Phone number listed takes you to the national NZ Post number.Phone number for the store is 07 575 3029It was very hard for me to get ahold of the store only for their number to hang up on me when I tried to call it except for one time when instead it made a horrible screeching noise. I went in store and asked the clerk whether or not their phone was going and if he could check for me. Once I was in store their phone was working perfectly fine.

Tell your Chinese reception, please properly follow NZ post delivery policy and do the right job. Taiwan is Taiwan, not China. Don't change the country name on the parcel by herself.
