Just pure awesome! Website is easy to understand and use, staff are knowledgable and friendly! Service levels are top notch. Both Theresa from Christchurch and Abhi from Queenstown branches have handled all our requirements and requests perfectly and free of hassle! Also these two superstars picked us up (Theresa - Christchurch) and dropped us off (Abhi - Queenstown) from and to the Airports. Awesome!! Amazing experience :) The car booked was as described from the website and relatively new and reliable! Thank you Moto for a wonderful car hire experience. We were picked up from the airport and taken to yard nearby to collect our car. Process was straight forward and staff friendly. Car was near new and a dream to drive. When we returned the car almost two weeks later, they offered to drop us back to airport to enable us to get a cab into the city. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

excellent service by the staff during both collection and return. hassle-free and quick handovers. car had low mileage and was clean. will not hesitate to rent from Moto again. there’s a BP right across the road so it’s convenient to fill up before refurning.

Hired a vechile last minute from the Christchurch branch. It wasn't until the day before hiring the vechile that I realized our flight home was at 8 and the branch opening hours were the same, a tad stressed I called customer service and she gave me the run around about having someone else drop it off it would cost extra per day to have someone else on the driver's list.. which was annoying, but we were in town for a funeral so I was willing to just pay the extra.Upon pick up of the rental we were greeted by lovely young lady, I told her my situation and she offered to meet me here an hour earlier when dropping off the vechile to avoid all the extra cost, and run around I would have to do to get an extra person on the driving list. She went above and beyond and I am so greatful to have come across such a helpful lady (I think Vanessa was her name) Thankyou so much.The vechile was emaculate, lovely to drive, and fitted my family of 4 and all our luggage, we will absolutely be back and highly recommend Moto Car Rental A++ Guys
