An older motel but amazingly clean and tidy. We arrived very late and departed very early, they were very accommodating to our time frame making specialarrangements for our arrival. Unit was very clean, tidy and well equipped. Only thing that would have made it better would have been some coffee and couple of little long life milk thingies for our early start. Service station just a few minutes walk for a coffee so not a major drama.Thank you, we highly recommend this motel.

Great find in Richmond. Stayed in the cabin for two nights. Friendly staff, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Has everything you need. Was quiet and relaxing.

Just a mention that our stay at Richmond motels was made special by the owners going the extra mile for us.We travel the country extensively and Richmond stay was one of the cleanest stay overs so far.Close walk to the city and a park over the road for a roam made a wonderful time for the family. So a big high five to the happy owners and staff for a memorable experience.

Great location in the middle of everything, but still quiet and private. Older facilities, but kept amazingly clean. Have had brand new units that weren't as clean as this one. Very well priced, beautiful heated pool. Friendly staff, top notch cleaners. Was originally only here for 2 days, and pushed it out to 5 because it was so good.

We stayed three nights, everything super clean. Management very helpful and accommodating and staff very pleasant. Third stay here and would definitely stay again ….. highly recommend.

Room was OK. Everything that we needed. Separate bedroom with queen bed. Single bed in lounge. Comfortable. Had private garden which was a bonus. Pool was good. Even though says 5 mins from shops is actually quite a hike to main shopping, especially on a hot day. On busy road but fairly quiet.

Loved it here. I got more than i expected for the price i paid. The room was clean and tidy. I only had one issue that was with a cleaner when i told her the cold water tap in the bathroom was hard to turn off and on as it had to be turned of tight because it dripped and needed a new washer her reply was rude. But that did not ruin the stay there as everyone else was helpful and friendly. Will be going back again soon.
