Bought a brand new Suzuki jimny off of them. They told me I could pick it up in 4 months. I paid the deposit and they ensured me it wouldn’t be driven by anyone and that it was now just a show vehicle. Turns out it was benign test driven the whole time (my dad saw it being driven about) and would have an approximate 400-500ks on the clock by the time we would pick it up. They would not budge on brand new price. They sell second hand vehicles for brand new price. Pack of plonkers

We were looking for a European car and found several of interest on HB Suzuki’s website so contacted them and arranged to travel up and see what they had to offer. The Salesman Barry was excellent to deal with, we had a couple of cars in mind and after a comprehensive discussion about the pros and cons of various vehicles, we took two for a test drive, a Citroen C5Crossover and a Peugeot 3008, both excellent cars but the Citroen ticked all the boxes. They were happy to take our car as a Trade In and so we paid a deposit to hold the car while they detailed it and arranged change of ownership etc. We travelled back up this week and picked up the car. it was beautifully presented that and the “voila moment” of the great reveal, was really cool. Every step of the way it was a breeze and was so straight forward, Barry’s communication was great and the information he shared and the time he spent showing us all the bells and whistles on the car, was so helpful. Thanks Barry, we really appreciated the effort you made to make the experience of buying our new car, outstanding. Highly recommend Hawkes Bay Suzuki.

Bought my first new car this week from Max and Martin. They were absolutely lovely. Explained everything clearly to me (in a way I could understand). The whole process was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend going and having a chat with either of them :)
