By far the worst cleaning service I have ever in counted. I'm mortified that I paid over $200 for 2 cleaners for 1 hour. One scuffed her way arnd the house with a duster yet there is still dust everywhere and she broke a vase. The other cleaned the bathrooms but left water everywhere which dried and left water spots and there is still hair and fluff in all the hand basins. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Urban Care persistently cancelled over a 3 week period. Today the moved the cleaning time 3 or 4 times and provided a very substandard clean leaving smear marks througout the house and also damaged two of the walls with the vacuum cleaner worn on the back.

I would avoid this company at all costs because it will cost you wasted time , appalling workmanship and very expensive .They’re so called putting things right by coming again , never showed up , to my property that my tenant had paid them for a full check out clean at 300 dollars . No cupboards cleaned out , dirt in and around the toilet , every picture in the cottage out of alignment I assume by dusting . Cat hair still on all the carpets . The kitchen floor covered in cat litter marks that I cleaned off . They even used one of my towels to do somyhing with and left it wet in an unused washing machine in laundry to rot and stinkThey don’t answer calls and then stop replying to emails . Stay away from this business

Honestly the worst customer experience I have had: summed up by receiving 15 phone calls from the company the day before the clean. I ended up cancelling at the last minute because it would have been faster to clean the apartment myself and far less stress than having the company and cleaner both call me repeatedly.

DO NOT USE Urbancare. They outsourced to a terrible company who were rude and lazy. Follow up complaints were not listened to and we are continuing to chase a refund. Not worth the 1 star rating.

Turn back now. I booked a move out cleaner well in advance and was guaranteed they would show up on time. This was important, because I would be coming back to the property to organise.The cleaner did not end up showing up on time… In fact, I waited for an hour, called the main number and messaged the team on FB but couldn’t get a hold of anybody. Over 75 minutes later I got a call from the cleaner saying they were on their way… After going back to the property and waiting for them… I watched the cleaner pull up and drive into (smashing) my landlords garden pot…The space wasn’t big and I was quoted 3 to 4 hours. The cleaner completed it in less than two hours and I was charged the full amount…- If charge is service based disregarding time, I could understand.I have been trying to get a reimbursement for my previous landlord on their pot the cleaner DROVE INTO… but it’s been three weeks and minimal / no response.Huge disappointment.

Paul did a great job of cleaning our bathrooms and kitchen for our move out :) He was on time and did a great job! Spotless!

Cleaner was late and didn't do a good job. They broke our vacuum, damaged our oven by scrubbing and when we tried to resolve the issue we experienced very poor customer service. I'm very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone. We had an additional cleaning invoice deducted from our bond, so definitely not worth the money.

We were stuck in a tight spot when trying to find a last minute cleaner for our rental property. This was the only company that returned our enquiries and sent people from PCS. I asked for 1 cleaner for a 2 hour clean. Three cleaners turned up 20 minutes late. One faffed around wafting dust about with a feather duster and the other two did most of the “cleaning”. Knowing I had booked a 2 hour clean, I popped out to run some errands leaving a relative behind to oversee. I got back after 20 minutes only to find they had left not long after I nipped out. This means my two hour clean was only an hour. And the house was not clean at all. We had to finish the job ourselves. Will never use this company again or recommend them. Avoid at all costs.
