4 visits recently to look at new vehicles. The prospect of purchasing a brand new vehicle was very high. Unfortunately the salesman never came outside to see if i needed any help. Very poor service. You can't sell something if you can't be bothered going outside to see the customer. I can't recommend them to you at all, hence the low 'star' rating for this review. Ended up buying a lovely new car in Dunedin as a result of this. Balclutha's loss.

Very hard to find a salesman very over stocked yard difficult to walk round yard alsoe hard to get a park as they block up whole street with yard overflow.
