As an out of town landlord, I needed someone reliable and efficient to carry out repairs on multiple issues, Plumbing 24/7 were wonderful.They took all the worry and stress out of dealing with the repairs and the work was done quickly, to a great standard and at a reasonable cost. Very happy will use them again.

Mark and His team are a very reliable company. Have used a number of time very trustworthy. Does his best to get you as soon as he can. If an emergency will definitely help you out. Happy to recommend.

We've used Plumbing 24/7 several times and have always been impressed with the work. Most recently, Geoff came to fix a stubborn leak under our kitchen sink and while he was here also alerted us to a major problem with how the toilet cistern was mounted. I fixed that cistern problem myself - without the warning we could have ended up with a lot of damage and a big headache.Friendly and professional service, thank you!

Horrible customer service: Plumber from 24/7 fixed a water leak in my house. I decided to make an insurance claim as water has leaked into a room and causes internal damage.I then received a call from my insurance company saying that Plumbing 24/7 is refusing to provide details of the job concerning the leak. Ernie, the lady office manager & owner of 24/7 told my insurance company they are too busy to answer questions and will only answer them if they were paid for the time. Really? She also told my insurance company that I was not charged for the second plumber attending (who did next to nothing). Makes me wonder why she needs to mention something that is irrelevant. Unhappy I wasn’t charged?Anyway, I thought I will do a good deed – I will answer the questions myself and rang 24/7 to give them a heads up. Ernie answered the phone, seems to say ok and then went on a rant about receiving too many calls from me and told me “time to move on”. The short calls I made to her earlier were all related to the plumbing job but apparently she deems such calls an annoyance. I try talking to her further and then… she hang up on me!So, this is an owner who is so concerned about making money that she forgot to provide a service to customers. I have to mention her plumbing rates are on the high side too but I paid promptly, without any fuss. There are better plumbers around. Plumbing companies like 24/7 who can afford to hang up on customers is not one of them. Beware.

We had an awful situation with our drains blocking up and sewage going everywhere. I called Plumbing 24/7 and they responded in a very timely fashion. Their work was carried out in a professional and courteous way and I felt their prices were very reasonable, considering the amount of not so pleasant work that they had to do. I would definitely recommend them.

We've used Plumbing 24/7 for the last ten+ years, First, at our Apartment - small maintenance jobs, and now at our 1904 Villa in Kelburn - lots of small and big jobs. After six months in the new property and a leaking sewer drain had WCC slap a 2-week 'get it done or else...' on us. The 24/7 team were there the next day to discover the previous owners had simply repaired the 'broken pipe' by pouring concrete on it. What an awful job to dig up and repair, as was a tight fit at the top of the front stairs, in awful weather digging down 6-feet by hand!! I work from home and I heard more laughter than anything else on that job, even when my son forgot 'not to flush the toilet'!! I was the only one using 'blue' language. Next job replacing the ancient water heater in the ceiling, working in unison with the roofers when the roof was being replaced. Advice from 24/7 several months earlier was to wait to get job done until we were replacing roof, otherwise cost would be massive as ceilings would have to come out etc etc, and as the water heater was ancient, heavy and large it would be cost-effective to wait. And although it would still mean working in a very tight and demanding space this would be the most cost-effective approach for us. I must mention the bespoke copper pipework that had to be created to connect the heater is a thing of beauty. Next job disestablishing and installing new storm water pipes and drains and replacing guttering, then moving outside water tap from one side of the property to the other.....No job is too big or small, or too dirty!! Always friendly, well priced, caring and always discussing options, and gently telling us why some of our ideas are not so clever when it comes to getting Council approval. They've saved us so much time, $$$$ and stress! They've got the experience, qualifications and care- factor. We wouldn't use anyone else in particular because Mark, the owner, even took a call from me when in hospital recovering from a heart operation!! Enough said. We're fans :-)

Absolutely recommend this company!! Exceptional, prompt service. Phoned early evening from another part of the country with a blocked toilet problem for our elderly mother. They arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the problem pronto. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Such a relief for our 93 year old mother!

This father and son team were friendly, professional and super knowledgeable - they explained the intricacies of installing a water heater in an old house like mine, and absorbed a cost that was more than they expected. Can't recommend them enough!
