Boom Boom Chicken
Would definitely have this again! The chicken sando was exactly what I hoped - tasty, fresh and crisp. Popcorn chicken was great and a large portion, though a little heavy on the seasoning. Food came out quickly during a busy lunch rush, and staff were friendly and helpful. Can be a bit hard to find within the Little High complex, and if spice is not your thing check in with the staff for advice about sauces and seasonings.

Boom Boom Chicken
The wings were nicely fried and the Alcoholic Lemonade was really nice. The Malaysian girl over the counter was really nice and friendly. Helped us through our ordering process as it was our first time in Christchurch.

Boom Boom Chicken
Paid $18 for waffles and chicken. Thought it would be decent as it was the most expensive single on the menu. When it was done, it was 3 extremely small tenders on a waffle and 2 sauces. I wish I took pictures as the tenders where slightly larger than a chicken nugget. Ridiculous small, comparable to a cocktail sausage. Immediately took it back as the table agreed it looked sad"and not worth the money. Staff were very slow and could be alot more efficient with the amount of time to serve customers. Went to bacon Bros straight after and enjoyed a $17 chicken burger."

The Chicken is amazing, it tastes like heaven. It has great flavour and is nice and crispy. I would recommend it any day. (Lily 10)

Average experience. I got the '6 wings' $13 made to a combo (chips and drink) for +$5 = total cost $18. However, the chips were quite cold and sad by the time it came out and the portion size of chips was a bit disappointing.The chicken 'wings' are in the form of wingette/flat and drumettes rather than a full wing, i.e. you receive 6 pieces of the above (see pic). No big deal and that was known when I ordered, but worth knowing ahead of time since a number of places do 'full wings' and 'wing parts' separately.The chicken taste, temperature and flavour was acceptable to nice. Which is fine but disappointing that the overall meal/experience was average due to the other factors.Take-home message. I would 100% go on their wings-wednesday $1 wings but probably not again at full price based on the above.

Boom Boom Chicken
The popcorn chicken was nice, I had an over priced combo. The chips were still cold/hard in the middle!!The place was freezing cold, asked for the heater to be turned on but it was sitting in the middle of the wide open doors so defeated the purpose.Won’t bother to return, customer service wasn’t that great either. (Not very welcoming or helpful)

Really recommend the popcorn chicken! The small is enough for a whole meal. The cocktails are a little pricey but pretty good if your okay with spending a little more money

Boom Boom Chicken
Food was average and the chicken nibbles were slightly undercooked and I had to double check they were cooked, they were also soggy in the bottom and quite fatty, I ordered 6 and didn’t finish as they were kind of gross when I wasn’t starving. The aioli is yuck with a strange sweet taste. The coleslaw is covered in a weird sweet mayonnaise. Belgium waffle was dry and plain tasting. I wouldn’t order again and because of this experience I wouldn’t try anything else from Boom Boom chicken again l.
