Our dog really loves going to the Dog Lounge, she is so excited to see everyone when she arrives and runs in without looking back. Would highly recommend sending your dog here. There’s also a selection of good quality dog treats and accessories.

Our Labradoodle Bonnie has been going to the Dog Lounge once a week for about six months. She is always eager to meet Jane, and has the best of times.I fully recommend The Dog Lounge if you want your dog looked after during the day.

My Dogs thoroughly enjoy going to the Dog Lounge, they are always happy to arrive and very content on collection. I have found Jane and her team to be very welcoming, accommodating and clearly look after the dogs in their care as if they were there own. I would highly recommend the Dog Lounge to any dog owner.

Well this is one of the best Dogue daycare places around, then there is the spa nothing like pampering your 4 legged fur kids. And the fact it's open before most others helps, but the best thing is the staff are awesome.

Ella is awesome! I know that she loves all her charges and that they are in the best possible hands when they are with her and her lovely staff.I just wanted to send a big thanks to Ella for the way she jumped in to help out in a emergency we had last week which had one of her 'regulars' needing to be looked after at very short notice. In spite of the fact that it was the week before Christmas when I know that she would have been super-busy (and probably needing to do a wee bit of shopping herself!) Ella responded to the call immediately, making a plan to come around to fetch the dog within a very short time of the call.This is not the first time I have seen Ella respond like this and I think it says everything that needs to be said about how she genuinely loves and cares for both the dogs she looks after and their owners.Could not recommend more highly!Thanks for everything Ella.

We had a sad experience at this place.My usual dog groomer was on maternity so I decided to try the Dog Lounge as my two Shih Tzu’s were in desperate need of a groom.I dropped them of and was told a couple of hours and they would be ready ( which is normal time) after 3 hours I decided to ring and ask if there was a delay, they told me they had got a little busy and that they should be ready in another hour. 4 hours went by and still no word. I decided to just go there and pick them up regardles as they seemed very sheepish!When they brought my two babies out, I was shocked to see their cut, as well as my beautiful boys eye, they had poked it with the scissors and now he has limited sight in his right eye.After numerous vet visits eye infections and a lot of money I vowed I would never return to this place again.They lied and tried to play everything down. Don’t trust these guys.
