My son was booked in for an assessment. We arrived 5 mins earlier but the door was locked, no one answered phone landlines or mobile. No reply to text message when he eventually arrived 6 mins later than appointment time. when I said he should have let me know if he was running late or should answered phone.There was no sorry rather he was arrogant and said do you want to go ahead or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Imagine what would their attitude be after they got your money.
