Do not ever order online with Gorman NZ. I have waited 3 weeks for an update after a partial shipment only to be refunded when it got too hard. They can't cope with demand and do not communicate any updates. There is no direct phone number for online orders, the poor shop staff have to suffer that. Don't bother submitting requests they are never answered. At the busiest or slowest time of year your systems need to work. This needs major improvement before I will ever attempt to shop at Gorman. Simple communication is all it takes to provide support. You can't blame delayed couriers when the order is not even processed.
