Great service, highly recommend

Toyota used this guy to cut my remote car key. The key shape was completely different to my original key. The key turned with a lot of resistance and felt like I was breaking into my own car using it. He was unprofessional, raised his voice at me, and told me it wasn’t his problem as I wasn’t paying him. But I paid over $430 for this key to Toyota! Thankfully, Toyota got a new working key cut for me by a professional

Rude and unhelpful

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Job was to cut a spare car key, and key wasn’t cut correctly. When I explained this to the guy, he raised his voice at me, telling me I’m wrong, and drove off while I was still talking to him. I’d avoid this company even if there was no alternative.In response to locksmart’s reply:Talking to someone through their van window is not the same as trying to jump into their van and intimidate them.Perhaps locksmart employees could show some common courtesy by listening to the feedback given to them, rather than intimidate and bully paying customers who are not happy, whether they are subcontracting for another company or not.After this incident, Toyota cut a new key themselves, with their cut matching the existing key perfectly.From dealing with a locksmart employee in person, and seeing the way you are also trying to bully and intimidate customers online, I would suggest anyone go to any other company before dealing with locksmart.Have a great day :-)

On the purchase of a new home we thought it would be good to get the locks changed. Being rural I thought this may be a difficult process. This was not the case with Locksmart.Pete came out promptly and worked through different options with us. He was professional, trustworthy and thorough. Can’t recommend enough!
