Found the best store ever for rebel sport's . Didn't even know about it. Variety layout staff all 100

Staff helped with enquiries, but customer service felt average. I'm just glad I was able to get the equipment I needed in the store. Great parking spaces!

I wish I had got the ladies name who helped me she was awesome. I know she was a pacific islander. Because of her I bought my shoes. 4 February 2024 I visited the store.

I called this branch this morning at 8.46am to check if my full order was ready for pick up as i had not yet received a confrimation email advising my items were ready. The lady picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me my order has been ready for pick up since the 29/11/2022 as i only ordered the iteams on Mon night. So i told her i would come and pick up today. I had arrived for pick up and the lady on the counter told me my order is only the pair of socks and i would have to come back another time to pick up the t shirt, what a waste of time and gas to hear my order is not fulfuled only one item and would have to come back another day. Disapointing why waste my time, if you had done your job correctly would not be a issue. Would not order online from this company or store in future.

Great big clean well stocked store. Got some good deals on the sale rack and finally found some shin pads to fit my son. Didn’t even know this store existed! Glad it’s nice and close

Super clean and tidy shop, I was impressed. Big selection of brands. Easy parking, staff were amazing. I know how much hard work goes into ensuring the shop remains clean and tidy. Keep up the good work team!

Ella & Kayla provided exceptional service today. I came in with a photo of what i needed & even though the shop was buzzing with foot traffic i still felt like i had the attention required for me to make a sound decision with what i was after. This store is my new favourite rebel store in Auckland. Clean, professional & hospitable. Cheers girls.

We went to get 2 pairs of Jandals for our 3 year old grandson, a pair of adidas and Nike, there were 6 pairs of Nikes on a rack priced at $17.99 when we got to the checkout we were told they were around $50, there was no price on the shoes so I showed the supervisor the where I got them, in really fine print on the rack it said socks, she then started to walk away, I asked her if she was going to move the remaining jandals to make sure no one else get caught out? She said absolutely nothing and just looked at me and walked away, this is clearly a deliberate ploy to catch people out, we only realised the price difference when the check out operator scanned it, we were regular customers at Rebel, but NEVER again, disgraceful customer service
