Great experience with buying herb prescription from this store. As an english first language acupuncturist, its difficult to find good service. This little store is packed with good stuff. Worth a visit.

本来想去拔罐，但是那里有个医生非要给我针灸➕开药。见我要起身走，她说先给我针灸一下吧。结果转过头偷偷给我开了三天的药。这都是小事，关键整个店里的气氛特别诡异，前台两个小姑娘感觉什么都不懂又没有礼貌，后台一个老太太很像乡村的赤脚医生，进来先把你的隐私问一遍。然后给你一套说辞，几乎跟我后来那个小男孩是一摸一样的，舌苔烈，体恤，阴虚，需要针灸。总体感觉很差，去了一次花了150刀，没有任何起效。

Great customer service! We went to buy some traditional medicines to make some soups

Stay away from this store, I went there on 16th March to purchased some medication, the sales person manage to sell other products to me which include a electric kettle to boil medication, as I got home I noticed the kettle missed one rubber at bottom and visible water stain on base clearly it doesn't look like new. I bought back the kettle for exchange however they told me this is the last one, I asked for refund they made the process so difficulty and very rude and told me I would need to bring back the plastic cover as they will need that plastic cover to sell to other customer, eventually they agree to the refund and asked me to fill out a lengthy form. however it's been 14 days I haven't got the money refund to my account. I will be reporting this company to commerce commission and this is not acceptable practice given they claim the company have over 100 years reputation. disgusting!!!

黑店！ 两个月前买了两盒中成药，打开一盒服用后出现过敏反应。 第二天我通知店员另一个盒子是全新可否換为其他产品，店员拒绝说不能换货。 今天又去买玉竹，想做汤。 60 克卖给我 11.57 ！ 我还发现玉竹不新鲜，切的形状也很奇怪。 然后我去隔离店一看，250克才15块钱。 我立马回到店里要求換中成药作罷，但工作人员跟我说买错中成药可以换，草药不行！ 和上一次说法完全不一样，说明店员的销售方式有问题，规则是他们随时定的！

非常感谢店长的专业热情，而且很丰富的中医知识，我们不仅得到了满意的医疗效果，还购买到些优质的养生食品。很不错的购物体验。
