We had no follow up whatsoever after someone initially went to assess the problem. I have sent 3 emails to ask for further details and a quote however I have had nil response. My elderly father lives at the address where the plumbing needs to be fixed…I assume the job was not wanted.

Rang for a quote to get bathroom and laundry done said they would be out the following Tuesday a no show they rang Wednesday I asked when it suited them so he booked Thursday 9am said he would not let us down this time again no show very unprofessional
