I had my trousers taken up too far the first time I went here. I took them back to see what they could do.I was not disappointed with the final result.People are saying the Indian lady at the sylvia park store is rude, but she was very professional with me.I understand people may be in a rush, but with this current situation we're in, we have to be understanding with each other.Cheers team!

Extremely expensive. I dropped off 6 items, 3 of them came back incorrect. I was then charged more on pick up. Will not be going back and i strongly encourage you to do the same.

Estatic on the work done. Retro dress I needed to have altered to make longer for a party. The quality of the work done super impressed with and very reasonable pricing and service time was 4 only days from when I dropped off. Would definitely use again.

I went in to enquire regarding getting my pants altered on the day I was quoted a price however due to timing I did not go ahead with the service. After a few days later I went back into the shop to proceed with the service discussed earlier but at this time I was charged at a different rate. The pricing was more than what I was told for the exact same thing. I was confused and was frustrated as to why there was no consistency.

Came for jeans shortening and hem tightening, clearly instructed the staff to shorten and tighten the hem part, she even made the necessary adjustments to the hem, the day I collected the pants, it was just shortened not tightened on the hem part, so I asked the lady why is that so, she said only shortening was listed on the receipt, so I had to pay another fee for hem tightening which was really frustrating because on the first meeting the old lady told me that the price I paid for was for shortening and tightening of the hem already, clearly, communications and writing down the EXACT alterations to be done would should improve.

I have been this look smart for so long but not in silver park , everytimes I’m bought new pants I’m alway Brough my old simple pants the to make it looks right length . But I’m met this lady that work on looksmart . Sound very rude , not make me feel like welcome , she said no I’m not allowed to bring simple and than next she said yes I can but if her manager not happy I’m have to come !!! I’m like excuse me ? I’m my spend moneys with you I’m not ask for free if she doesn’t want my moneys or not welcome me with her very rude personality I’m won’t come back ever again . This is my feed back and hoesntly I’m never here go back there again. I’m didn’t ask for free anything , all ask for help to make its look right.

I went in for pants to be hemmed. The man pinned one leg. I asked if he wanted to pin the other leg, and he said, “not necessary.” When I went to pick them up, they were not the same length. The woman there did the required fix in 30 minutes. I thought it was expensive, at $35NZD

My fiancé, Sarah took her new $150 Kookai dress pants to be altered by Looksmart Alterations, Sylvia Park. She was told they would be ready for pickup anytime Monday. She returned on Monday evening to collect them.The employee, Sabina said she could not find them. They both had to go out the rear of the store to locate the pants. Once found they were not altered. Sabina asked if Sarah could wait while the pants were quickly altered.The first attempt by Sabina was horrific. Very rushed, uneven and a completely different thread colour to the material of the pants. The second attempt was even worse. Sarah asked for Sabina to just stop her poor attempt and return the pants to her. She refused to refund the alteration charge and would not accept responsibility for the low quality and rushed workmanship.To make it worse Sabina also put a small hole in the pants, just above the hem from rough handling and rushing the alteration.Overall a very disappointing customer experience and not only are we out of pocket for the $150 pants, but also the $23.90 alteration charge.Please be careful before trusting this company with your clothing.See the attached photos

Terrible terrible customer service ever! !!Just got two pants shorten. Nothing wrong with alteration, but the old short hair lady was very rude. We should respect others especially elderly and young. But this lady doesn’t deserve that. She told me to stay aside that she was in hurry to help other customers after me. However, I should be served and helped before the person behind me. Her tone/voice seems very angry and racist. Looks like customer should listen and follow herself. Don’t let customer to communicate. Would never ever go back again! You can pay the same money and get better service somewhere else. Strongly not recommend!!!

Had a bunch of items mended here and the quality varied from good to poor
