I was stuck with a non-responsive bank that was uninterested in discussing my mortgage rate options with me where my floating rate was twice as high as fixed rates on offer. Worked with Ashley in 2020 to halve my mortgage rate, reduce the term, find a bank that is really good (ANZ), and discuss future plans and possibilities. Ashley is super-good with email/txt/phone comms, nothing is a problem. He's also helped a friend of mine (new to the property market). Can't imagine not having done this now, makes a huge difference!
