Master of misleading!They are one of the cheapest, but misleading is their expertise.Hired a car in Christmas holidays. The ad showed a new model Rav 4, the actual car was 2007 with 160k.... worst experience ever....poor suspension the body was shaking all the time.Basically our road trip was ruined.Audio system was for a decade ago.When we called and argued about the model, the answer was” we never said we give you the same model as picture”.Better to spend few more dollars and get good quality cars from reliable companies.

This was a good experience. We flew in and out of Christchurch.Shuttle pick up instructions were clear and both times pretty much on demand. Car was as we ordered, small and economical.It didn't miss a beat on our tour around part of the South Island. The folk we dealt with picking up and dropping off were friendly and warm, so it felt like they were friends helping. We hired for two weeks, and the cost of hiring was about $180 cheaper than any other deal we could find on the internet. Based on our experience with this company we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Not a great start when I turned up at 4.30 and no one was in the office.. I called the number which went of course to the office so a bit stuck there. Luckily the office across the road spotted me and had my key. Would have been great if Discount cars had let me know.With key finally in hand I went to get my car and was very disappointed to have what looked to be the oldest car in the parking lot.I'm not one for creating a fuss but this was really old. So I went back to the other office to ask if they had a number I could contact someone on. They did.I called...I was told we'd been very busy and that's all that we had left and because no one was there they coulent do anything anyway unless i wanted to wait until rhe next day" I was frustrated because I certainly didn't pay for " all that we had left " I'd payed for what I thought would be a fairly modern car that would be comfy for long drives

We rented a people mover, the process of being collected from the airport was really straight forward. The car was a little dated and already had a bit damage, but did what we wanted it to do, and was comfortable to drive. It went over the hills and around the winding road well. Drove to Akaroa and back, plus a bit more, and it used less than half a tank, and cost very little to fill up. Service was great, and I did a lot of research before booking and it was definitely the cheapest.

Easy rent and easy to go . Alina and her team doing very good job. I have great experience with them for last three years. On line check in is pretty easy and save time! Highly recommend to everybody

Decently priced no-frills car hire with free shuttle to and from the airport.

Alina was so helpful and organized, she made renting a car really easy. Good prices and lovely car. Will definitely use this company again!
