You'll definitely get a less costly repair and find that more proper attention is paid to your needs, because very friendly & intelligent Hemant is highly gifted when it comes to the intricacies of tech. repairs. IN FACT, he's SO damn great at what he does, that a much larger, brightly lit and heavily signwritten competitor (mobile repairs only) has cheekily set up shop right next door to him (and I'LL BET they've got prices to match their bigger running costs) - HOWEVER it really hasn't made a dent in the foot traffic/business for Modern PC, due to the extraordinary WORD-OF-MOUTH that Hemant's reputation has generated over many years. NOT ONLY the best PC, laptop, tablet & mobile phone repairs in Palmerston North, but the WHOLE MANAWATU. Hemant's got the RIGHT ATTITUDE. You WON'T get an artificially-inflated repair bill like the other local tech. repair shops AND you'll leave with a smile on your dial because it feels like a new friend fixed your device!

Always friendly and talks through what he’ll be able to achieve. Gives a price and sticks to it. Good turn around and communication. I’ve taken every tech thing I’ve needed fixed here and have never had any problems. Recommend.

Best place to go in the Manawatu for all technical issues, wouldn't bother going anywhere else! Over the years I have walked out of other places in tears, but Hemant seems to find a way to fix anything every time, no matter the issue - and he makes it look easy! I have always left his store with a smile on my face and a lot of relief and gratitude. My laptop's battery needed replacing today and Hemant explained the damage, replaced the battery on the spot, was super quick, kind, and gave the laptop a dust down and clean. Affordable and competitive pricing too. Thank you so much, it's like having a new laptop all over again! Lovely and easy to communicate with, 100% recommend your business. Awesome service. Takes extra mile to make sure ur problems are not only fixed that u can have complete faith that Modern PC has done in best job in the cheapest way but if unhave any concerns it's no bother at all to contact them. Which is easy and can be done on any platform.

First time I went to get a device repaired and I am really happy with the outcome! The price was good and I don't believe I was overcharged at all. Compared to the quotes I was given by other places, this was very reasonable and met my price expectations. Really kind service and I'm grateful that the job was really well done. Screen repair and battery replacement. Glued really well. I really appreciate the skills and the care that was put into fixing my phone. It's not a common phone nowadays too so I was worried about how the inside frame would be handled as well.Everything works like a charm and I am typing this review on my revived phone.Thank you! Could not recommend enough! Had trouble getting my laptop fixed but modern pc could do it straight away and have it done within the hour! Even delivered it to me once finished as I was tied up at work! Prices were also great!
