Our favorite Cafe cause we shop at Mitre 10 nearly every weekend. Wonderful Mochas, and large portions of food. Chunky toasties.

Highly recommend! Amazing food, lots of cabinet food as well as the menu. Great service and nice coffee. Won't go anywhere else now. Eggs Benedict is amazing.

Heard about how good the breakfasts are so thought I'd try it out. Value for money. 2 eggs, really good bacon, mushrooms, tomato, hash brown and sausage for $15.... bargain. Other than the sausage which was pretty poor, everything else was great on the plate. Really did not like the chocolate thickshake I ordered though so didn't drink it. Was extremely sweet and not chocolatey at all.

We do not recommend this place any more! Terrible lunch here today. The advertised a burger and chips special. This was not a burger! We got bashed buns (no shape/squashed) with a tiny swipe of mayo dressing, some lettuce leaves and the smallest, thinnest chicken patty we have ever seen! There was absolutely no flavour & no other burger fillings. Where was the cheese or onion or sauce or tomato? A burger has a layer of fillings. This was a rip off and we had to wait over half an hour for this un-loved disgusting excuse which we left most of behind (guess the birds finished it). We get better burgers and cheaper from the fish & chip shop. This place is an embarrassment & a let down. It should not be part of Mitre 10! Never again!!!!

It actually makes me a bit sad to have to change my last review from a 5 to a 1 star. The service at this place has gone down hill dramatically. The woman with glasses behind the counter is incredibly rude and condescending and to top it off today the food was incredibly average. So disappointing. Won’t be back

This cafe is a hidden gem. It is along side of the garden section of Mitre 10. It has a fantastic outside seating area with great surroundings. The menu covers most tastes and cabanet selection is extensive. Well priced and most importantly good coffee.

Espresso Garden Café
I love this cafe. It is unassuming tucked away in Mitre 10, and then surprises with their great food, excellent customer service and options for eating inside, outside, or sitting amongst the plant shopping area to eat. This is my favourite place to go to. And btw, if you love potato wedges, try their 'works wedges'....simply spectacular!
