Nice quiet place, good coffee shop inside with good food and a really nice and helpful french waiter.Computers are only for 15min sessions... Really not enough... 30min should be a minimum. You'll lose everything if you don't save it.

Great selection, comfort and customer service.

First time got the check out book machine to give me the email for when books are due back. Really great and can set in electronic calendar. Lovely

This review is only about the facilities as i haven't had any interaction with the staff so far (this is my 3rd visit), but i find the library really cozy and comfy - worth a review :D Lots of powerpoints, plenty of comfortable seating option and such a bright library over all :)The coffee of the attached cafe is good as well :D

Best library I have ever been into, nothing is a problem, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, we have been members now for a couple of years (when we moved to Richmond) and have had to utilise the library in many different ways...help with computers, photocopying etc. and they are always there to help, can't sing their praises high enough.
