Action Removals

My name is Tony Wylie. I purchased and took over management of Actions Removals in June 2020. I am personally on each move to ensure the client receives a high level of service.

They sent two men round , lazy and moaned about having to move everything, the moaning pissed me off because they are paided to move not anoy me, wouldnt carry anything upstairs and wanted to rush off as soon as possible, made comments about the lovely ladies under clothes"

I used Action removals to deliver some goods I had purchased. They turned up on time and did the job quickly and efficently. Friendly bunch of guys! A+ service!

If I could give this business no stars I would. Two men came to move my furniture in Christchurch. These men seemed high and hungover (you could smell alcohol on them); they were very unprofessional.When I made the booking I was quoted $90/hr, I did not have much to move so all work was done in 1hr 30min - 2hrs max. The two guys charged me $280. I tried to explain the quotation I had been given but they were so rude and aggressive that I decided to just pay the $280. I rang the guy in charge Carl and he told me he would talk to the guys and get back to me but he NEVER did. I followed up with many emails and phone calls that went unanswered. Stay away from this dodgy business.

AMAZING service.....cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding, on time, careful and hugely considerate. AMAZING!

Destroyed our mailbox and two trees squeezing their giant truck into our tiny shared driveway. Didn't apologise or even acknowledge that they did the damage. Ignored our further communications and did not respond to emails. The lowest of scumbag movers.

Tony's service was exceptional. Responsive, turned up on time, very professional, and careful with belongings, completing the job in record time.Great value for money. Highly recommend him. Thanks for a great job Tony.
