Their NAPA batteries are terrible bought 5 of them in the last 2 years and all of then where stuffed after just one year! I took one back within the warranty period for them to test and tell me it was fine then I reinstalled it for it to only go flat again and not charge properly again.

It took them 3hrs to replace a relay for my headlights which resulted in a hefty invoice. When I dropped off the vehicle I told the manager where the relay was located. They went ahead and checked everything that could possibly be causing the faulty headlights and eventually found that it was the relay I mentioned to the manager. Good on them for doing a thorough check but clearly poor communication between manager and staff. Just make sure your instructions are crystal clear otherwise take these little jobs to someone you know or at least someone who listens. Five stars for the lady behind the desk.

My husband and I have visited this store a few times and have found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Doing their best to find the part we needed or a suitable equivalent. Our new favourite vehicle electric store.

We stopped by in our motorhome after having battery issues... it was late in the day but the guys at Bindons were so helpful and fast. We were back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend!

Had work done on my car here 3 times now. Can't say enough about Bryce, what a genuine man. Always stays in his quote given before the job. They don't just go ahead and do a job if it's not needed, very honest. Just a warm friendly environment. A great team for sure.
