Recieved a faulty bookshelf unit. Contacted the businesses the same day of delivery to inform them of the issue. Waited close to a month for a reply after sending numerous emails. Finally got a response that I will receive a partial credit back to my bank account for the faulty bookshelf. Now almost another month has passed since and no payment has been received. Since posting the review, the refund was processed shortly after (first published)

I was looking for a specific item which they didn't have in stock. However, looked online, found it, ordered it, and even gave me a discount. Nor was this an isolated occasion, they have helped in this way previously. Product arrived within four days. Excellent customer service and lovely staff.
