We all know how hard it is to find things in our size… but upon looking and finding things in my size i just had to put them back.. these photos do not even show half of what i saw. I mentioned it to a understanding staff member but still left a little bit disappointed and dissatisfied. Do better kmart!

Went to pick up an item that was showing in stock on the website but couldn’t spot it on the shelf so asked a shop assistant for help. She told me there was none left. Next minute, a customer starts looking at the item I was after and there was at least 10 sitting there. Disappointing service and pleased it wasn’t a wasted visit thanks to the fellow customer.

We only come here to get vouchers and the experience at the check out is awful. Long lines, stuff left behind by others at the self check outs and trying to get someone to help is painful. The most inefficient system and I imagine this whole process makes it more attractive for shoplifters. Please make it that you can buy vouchers online or at other retailers.

Was making a query to a staff member a girl with blonde hair and ponytail about the afterpay voucher and was told it was a scam when it clearly isn't as it says on the official app that you get 20$ off your afterpay order when you refer a friend to sign up and was just wanting to confirm if it was done on my purchase or not she was really rude and needs to get her facts straight I won't be coming back again she is just plain rude

I've never liked their 'Only Self Checkout' business model, but they do have a few things The Warehouse doesn't. I went in today but there was such a milling crowd around the checkouts that I abandoned my trolley and left for The Warehouse. I would drop a star if I could.

Beyond the rudest staff of any Kmart I have been to. Will try and avoid this one after more than one bad experience. Plus the stock isn’t as good as the other stores i reckonNot helpful at when I asked to find something. Tried to return a plate set that had a broken plate, they tried to accuse me of breaking it myselfLast but not least, witnessed door lady let several pakeha people pass only to search the bag of an ethnic lady??? Not good enough

Shockingly bad layout and never enough staff. The staff that are on are excellent but when there's a line a mile long and the self checkouts don't work properly there's only one person to help everyone. Terrible glitchy self checkouts. Music is way too loud.

They offer variety of clothes and merchandises. Although the items in the store is A bit cluttered and messy. Their clothes are affordable and fashionable
