Won’t refund after cancelling appointment.

My exam was cancelled 4 month ago. Since then, I am still waiting for a reimbursement. I've sent several email and tried to call them every week but I have no answer.

Clearly a scam. FutureED is the partner of the BristishCouncil for IELTS. But this company has fraudulent behaviour.I booked an exam in Christchurch on the bristish council website, received a confirmation for Christchurch but in fact FutureED enrolled me in Auckland ! We exchanged some emails and nobody informed me about that, I just received a confirmation for the wrong test centre and they refuse to refund me.

First of all they are not professional, I booked my exam for Saturday 13 feb but they postponed my test to next day on 14 feb, the reason they gave to me was very unprofessional. They said we donot have any candidate except you on that day so either you choose different centre or we are postponding ur test. Somehow i agreed but unfortunately, when today I gave my exam here. Centre room where exam held wasn't confortable to give exam. Very hot and suffocated room. I can't even breath properly and can't concentrate to gave my exam. I filled computerised exam. we wait for more than one hour to start because there server was not working and yhis was really frustrated. Idp centre is better than this and they are very professional and organised.

Had my IELTS test at one of FutureEd NZ branches in West AucklandThen have my test results re-marked on 25th of August 2021 and my result has been increased. So according the information on Britishcouncil website I should get refund $250I have asked a FutureEd about refunding these money for re-marking my results numerous times by emails but nobody answered me, it seems they just ignore my messages and phone calls.So it is definitely a scam be aware

Zero and even minus one costumer service,There are NO FREE PARKING SPOT around the center MONDAY to SUNDAY, (be prepared for that) which is another stress for your test day. they don't mention that before exam.Non of the phone numbers here working, the email responses take a while and at the end you are receiving one word or two words without any respect, they say that they will send the copy of your result to five organization free of charge which is false because they will charge you 15$ per copy. Not recommended at all.
