Staff are always friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond to help you with your parcel sending needs. They have a good magazine selection as well as most common postage and stationery supplies.

Lovely helpful staff, but parking is a real issue. There is disabled parking right outside, but can be difficult to get as it is right next to q medical centre.

I don't know what James's problem (last review) is, though I haven't been on a Monday myself, but it would seem the branch is indeed open on Mondays; the traffic flow graph certainly suggests so. Anyway, having given up on the Kamo branch with its slow and muddling service, we are delighted to find that the Kensington shop is attractive and efficient. The staff know their stuff and are especially courteous and helpful to customers, including the oldies who can get a bit muddled. Excellent experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service of Kensington Post Office. Having received a card in the mail that I should call in and pick up a parcel from there, I went in the same day. I was told that the parcel was not there. I went in a week later and another week later after that, I was assured No Parcel for me". After a lot of trouble for me and the sender in China
