Amazing service and knowledge of phone repairs, I got my screen repaired working 20 mins on my iPhone X and then the next day I went back as I had another issue not related to the repair that not even apple support could fix. The lady then proceeded to fix it within an hour and didn’t charge me anything! Even refused a tip I tried to give her! If your looking to repair your phone I would highly recommend going here they have superb knowledge and amazing customer service!

I brought my iphone here for repair, which worked wonderfully. However, the quality and stability of the display is terrible, it broke again immediately when it fell off the chair. (30cm height)

Didn't install it properly and it was a different screen for my iPhone model. After a month of the fix, phone is now glitching and some parts of the phone doesn't respond to touch well.

We thought our iPhone had died..while using purple and white lines appeared across the front..wouldn't turn off...found this shop and Shaun was such a great help..pressed buttons got the phone to close down...then plugged it in and waited about 3 minutes and eureka it turned on and was alive again..no charge..but we did offer to buy him a coffee..he said no..but we did purchase a really good power pack for our travels. THANK YOU SHAUN..life saver..so far from home.

I had to fix my mobile phone Galaxy S9+ and went to this shop. I expected to wait for a few days, but the shop clerk Shawn said it will take around an hour. Surprisingly, he had contacted me that phone is fixed after 35 mins. When I went to pick up the phone and checked, my phone has been repaired and worked like a fresh new phone. Moreover, the cost for repair was way way lower than any other shop. I highly recommend this shop for their efficient and hospitable service. Thank you so much, Shawn.

Went to get screen replaced for iPhone. Efficient and friendly service. Will go back for battery replacement tomorrow. The phone repair store across the road was charging $41 more for the same service. Glad I crossed the road to Funtech instead.

Went in just for a screen protector and lens protector a few days ago. The screen protector has already developed fairly big scratches however they can only be seen in direct light. I have not put the phone in any situation where the screen protector could get scratched, dropped my phone or anything. Tempered glass is very strong and very few things should be able to scratch it. Therefore the screen protector used was either not tempered glass (in other words a very cheap screen protector) or a very poorly manufactured one that was scratched by debris during the manufacturing process.I had gone here previously to get a screen protector and the previous one was much higher quality and didn't get scratched at all. I was even charged the same amount as last time despite the quality of the new screen protector being much worse. The only reason I removed it was due to dust getting in beneath it over time. Perhaps because of inflation they cheapened out on their screen protectors and had to purchase an inferior product. But the difference in quality is very obvious. The new protector doesn't adhere as well as the last one either. There are very small areas where you can see some of the adhesive.
