Jessica Couture in New Market has a beautiful set up. You get your own great space to try on dresses with a few guests and bubbles. Genevieve was amazing - she made me and my family feel so comfortable so quickly, let us choose some dresses as well as making suggestions. She has a great relaxed style and asks great questions to help narrow down the options. It was awesome to see the open work space and that Jessica was also on site. I can’t believe they made saying yes to the dress so easy.

I highly recommend Jessica Couture if you are looking for a wedding dress. The range is so extensive; they have something for every bride no matter what your style is. Jessica herself and the staff (especially Grace) at the Newmarket showroom are so lovely and helpful. They are open to listening to what your vision is and are great at aligning that with what they can offer. So excited for my day x

My entire experience at Jessica Couture was memorable. I enjoyed the dress options, cat walk like aisle and mirror to see how each dress moved. After deciding on my dress, they gave us bubbles and a goodie bag to take home. Jackie was super helpful and contacted other stores around New Market to help me find shoes and other accessories for my wedding.

I'm so delighted with my dress! It made my eyes prickly to see myself in it for the first time. It's intricate and beautiful, looks like a $10k dress but is still affordable. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I only tried one dress on and I just knew it was my dress! They said that never happens :) Can't wait to get married! Thanks for everything. Your dresses are so beautifully made and so ornate. I'm delighted!

I purchased my wedding dress from this store. As I live in london, I paid $300 just to have it shipped to UK. When it was delivered, it was squashed and squeezed into a small box despite having being charged $300 for shipping.When I had my fitting I had to pay an extortionate amount of money to fix the dress. The dress was made poorly. For such a heavy dress there were safeguard material on the skirt. As a result it was pulling on the mesh middle of the dress. My tailor was so shocked at this and had to somewhat fix this so that I could wear this dress without it pulling the mesh and ripping the mesh half way through my wedding day.the dress with not made with any practicality in mind. It is only a dress for pictures not for wearing on a wedding day.There was a hook at the bottom of the dress. Presumably this is so that I can use it to life the heavy train up and by able to walk. But the hook was only made of one thin ribbon which could barely hold itself, let alone the train. Again, no thinking has gone into the fact.The zip of the dress is was also if poor quality. It’s pulling and again due to the weight of the dress, all the pressure is on the zip.Given all these issues, I wrote to the store asking for a resolution. My emails have been constantly ignored since April. Finally there was a response, not taking any responsibility for the quality of the dress but confirming they would reimburse the postage fee. Despite providing bank details, I am still chasing this which is not where near what I have had to pay to fix the dress. Extremely shocked and disappointed with the level of service and professionalism of this store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recently visited Jessica Coutures to find my wedding dress, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service I received from Genevieve. From the moment I arrived, she was attentive and understanding, taking the time to really listen to my preferences and concerns.Genevieve was able to find the perfect dress for me, which was a combination of all the aspects I loved in the previous dresses I tried on. This was my first dress viewing/try on and I went for the Atelier appointment. I bought this appointment as it allowed me to have more people and I just wanted everyone to have a fun experience. I went in with no expectations and did it for the experience, not really thinking I would find THE dress. Turns out the first dress I tried on was it and nothing else compared. I LOVE my dress and am already so excited to get the real one.I worked with Jessica and Jackie on the day and their enthusiasm and positive attitude made such a difference! They made me feel like a princess and were incredibly helpful when I wanted to try different sleeves and veils. I did not feel uncomfortable once and they both really made the day even more special for me. Honestly, if you are wanting a really fun and positive experience, I would recommend Jessica Couture every time! Such an incredible space, amazing dresses and beautiful staff. I already want to go back for more fun! Best part was, when we eventually stopped fawning over my dress I hesitantly asked for the price of the dress, because it felt and looked to be at least $10,000 (WELL over budget) but turns out it was under budget! So really really good pricing too!Jackie went above and beyond, asking if I wanted to try walking in my dress with my aisle song, constantly popping in with words of encouragement, reminding my friends and family that this is my decision (so if you have pressuring company, he will fight for you!) and even booked in a shoe appointment for me at Jimmy Choo.Jessica was running around the store grabbing all the extra bits and bobs I wanted, she was amazing at showing me different options for different dresses and even played with the idea of building a whole custom dress for me (which we eventually didn't do but it was so fun having creative freedom).Thank you so much Jessica and Jackie. You both made the day so fun and special for me. I am so excited to come back and see you both again!

Jessica Bridal was a lovely place to go for my first gown consultation, easy to park and access and was so beautiful inside! It was so comfortable and easy there and the team were so friendly and helpful. They were great at assisting me in what style and shape suited my body shape best while factoring in the elements I was after. I left very happy with two top choices to think about and found it helpful to browse such a range of bridal accessories all at the same time too ☺️

I had the most amazing experience at Jessica Couture for my first dress fitting. The lovely ladies I had helping me made me feel so comfortable throughout and were so accommodating and professional while being able to have a few laughs. They even had a bit of fun picking a couple of dresses for me to try! 12/10 I couldn’t recommend them more! Not to mention they have a bunch of beautifully designed dresses there!
