Got a taxi from the airport tonight to Christchurch airport motel, 2.1km. Driver 'Happy' was not happy to take us, complained the whole way about the short distance, and charged us $35. Our travelling companions in other cabs were charged $23. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. If you don't want to pick people up from the airport, don't wait there!

I booked a taxi in advance, and they were 50 minutes late. When I rang them, they told me that there were no taxis in the area and that only limousines and corporate cars can be expected to show up on time. In hindsight, it would have been faster to walk.

You need to teach your drivers some patience had one of your drivers tailgating me the other day while in peak hour traffic its clear first direct taxis don't prioritize driver safety at all given what i encountered so I can't recommend them.

Booked taxi for early morning trip to airport. Obtained online quote prior, actual cost ended up being a lot more expensive. Service was great and driver on time. Have followed up with company regarding overcharge - no response.

Ordered there taxi arrived on time 2:45 am for my pick up in bishopdale to airport i didnt think they will b so quick excellent drive with nic clean cab n well presented cheers guys will call again

We had an booking for Sunday morning, but the taxi didn't came. We needed to catch a bus to Queenstown. We barely mad it . A friendly women picked us up and gave us a ride. Poor service!!! Can't recommend it. We made the booking one day in advance, so enough time ahead to plan this.

Scheduled a ride to Christchurch airport the night before. Driver (I hope I’m spelling it right - Tio Tio?) arrived early and with the biggest smile on his face. Friendliest taxi driver I’ve ever had. It made waking up at 0300 for a 0600 flight not too bad at all. Would recommend based on this experience.

Booked a taxis to come pick us up at Merrivale Mall. Three quarters an hour they still hadnt arrived. Cancelled our booking ryng another firm and they were there in 10 minutes and ecen rang us to say they were on their way. Dont recommend

Charged 84 dollars from chch hospital to Parklands for a pensioners. He arrived late, then proceeded to go to the toilet and was going to leave the meter running. Then proceeded to go the long way home and then asked for a cash payment.Absolutely appalling.
