We stumbled upon this bar on a Thursday and ended up doing karaoke with some friendly locals. We had a great night!

Wonderful service from the minute me and my wife entered. Was the 1st and last bar we went to during our stay. Friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Had a good enough time to sink 2 drinks down and enjoy our time there. Clean establishment. A fair 4 Out Of 5.

The music was so loud there was nowhere to talk other than the smoking area. They should consider turning the speakers not on the dance floor down a few notches and just keep the dance floor ones loud. Otherwise it would have been ok.

Host were ok, bur security didn't make sense..I'm walking in with a mask, yet no body is wearing one? The bouncer asks me to wear one I say but how come you and no body else is wearing on? He replies ohhhh because everyone has already been in here?????? What the Wharrrrrrrrk? I put mine on then put it off he says that's bro..... This is crazy!!!!!!

Had such a great night out at Dbar last night! A super fun place to check out if you're looking for a good night out in Taupo. Really good positive vibes from this bar and there was also karaoke going on which was super fun to watch and participate in. Not the cheapest drinks but the vibe and the people is definitely worth it

I really enjoyed visiting Dbar last weekend... the atmosphere was amazing!! Everyone was enjoying themselves, the karaoke was spectacular and the drink specials were great as well. The staff here are so lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend Dbar to friends and family
