Had fantastic help from these guys after finding the item I had purchased, had been tampered with by some local hood rat. They had no problem replacing the item while being extremely helpful and gracious. Thanks again!

I visited Classic Mobiles with a waterlogged phone. They were helpful, informative about the potential damage and options for repair, and explained the price at each point too.The phone was sent to Auckland for repair and found to be OK aside from needing a screen replacement.I found the repair service to be quick - after agreeing to the screen replacement I picked up the fully-functional phone within a couple of days, for $120 all in.Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the service.

I was disappointed with the service here. I took my broken phone in on a Monday and it was suggested it had motherboard issue" and it would be sent to Auckland to fix the motherboard

I don't usually post on here about places unless it's positive because that's how I am, but the service and practices shown toward my nephew today were not only abhorrent, but illegal. My nephew was told that Classic Mobiles could check his phone for free, and that any fixing would be discussed after and incur a $35 fee that he could pay on Afterpay. Fair enough so far, right?He gets back to the shop to find that the phone has been fixed already without any prior discussion, they don't accept afterpay, and the price has gone up.We then came to the shop to figure it all out, only to have the tale retold to us in the exact same manner by the shop assistant, and told that they still expect payment or they won't return the phone.We told them that these practices are illegal and that you need to make the conditions clear for consumers, especially when they're minors, and that they broke the terms of their own agreement.TL;DR: Do NOT get repairs here unless you want to get ripped off and taken advantage of. After a lengthy terse discussion we finally got them to hand over my nephews phone, and the worker continued to state that she had told everything, even after explaining the same story in the same manner.

Got my phone fixed at this place. Lady had given me 3 weeks wait time for my screen to be fixed which was only a slight crack in it. Took her 1month and 3 weeks nearly 2 months to fix my phone come in 3 times prior to that to see if anything was done about my phone and of course it wasnt , I complained saying I only had a 3 week wait plus the long wait and no reply from her shipper about screens me being me I got abit upset and asked for a refund which she couldn't because the shipper at this time still hasnt managed to call her with a response , then I hand over my receipt and shes giving me more options and charging more for my phone which I already paid half from the start.Really annoyed at this lady and the quality of my phone right now, screen is fixed but has pink little fade away photos on my screen ( doesnt affect use ) but hey i paid 378 for this and it wasnt a hundred percent quality like she said also after my screen getting fixed my service doesnt work and she tried charging me more for my service to be looked at I still havent got my warranty nor a refund and am willing to go further if she is not willing to do anything about it.First time going to this lady and it will definitely be my last as it's just been problem after problem with her. Everytime I discuss a situation with her she either come up with a different option ( not a good one) or tried to charge me more for her services. No thanks!

Great service and very friendly. I dropped my phone in to have its screen repaired and it was done within 30min. Very happy as it now looks new again! Would highly recommend

So after these guys broke the fingerprint recognition of my phone, stripped one of the screws, and refused to do anything about the problems, all done while replacing the battery, it turns out the replacement battery is even worse than the original one. Possibly that is the one thing they will stand behind in this whole saga, but I won't be letting them anywhere near my phone again. Junk attitude, junk service, junk parts, junk backup. I'd give them no stars, but one is the minimum.

It was a great service provided by sukhwinder Kaur. She is very nice and kind. In my phone there was a charging issue. she fix my ph in one hour. I really appreciate. Very nice and fast serviceThanks
