Superb and authentic regional Chinese noodles. The noodles are freshly hand pulled, and the texture is fabulous. We came here twice over a span of a few days. Lovely and friendly proprietor too, who efficiently takes orders, prepares the noodles, and serves. The great thing about the noodles is that they come mild and you can spruce up your dish to your liking with the condiments at the table: chili oil, Chinese black vinegar or light soy sauce. Portions are super generous. Come hungry!

I really loved this place but recently noticed they are no longer serving hand pulled noodles? Last two times I have been it has just been pre made noodles which is pretty disappointing. The food is still great and service friendly but would love to see the hand pulled noodles return!

Home pulled noodle... knead in front of your very own eyes... the noodles are chewy but soft. The broth is refreshing and not salty. The beef are very tender. You will not go home hungry since the portion is quite big. Highly recommended!

Fantastic delicious food! The noodles are absolutely amazing and the meat is really standout, unbelievably tender. We ordered the braised beef noodle soup and it's one of the best noodle soups we've ever had. The portions are also very large and we took half of our meals home for later.The price is also very good for the quality and portions.

The noodle soups/noodle dishes are really good, with good portion too. However, we just tried their rice dishes and were very disappointed with both the quality and portion. The brisket dish only had 3 tiny pieces of beef and not much rice. If you go I recommend to get noodles and avoid the rice dishes.

Delicious chewy hand pulled noodles in a deep and flavourful broth. The pickled vegetables were crunchy and fresh, herbs were so fresh. The meat was braised well and melt in your mouth. I can't wait to come back next week

Went for dinner after 7pm. Wasn't to busy at with plenty of seating. The braised beef N2 is the dish I tried. The beef is the star of the dish and got about 5 chucks of meat. The noodles had a nice chew. The broth isn't spicy at all and great when you add some vinegar. Overall not bad for the $18 price.

Hand pulled noodles, pulled to order. Really a special wee spot in Dunedin. Clean clear broth, soft tender beef, amazing fresh noodles. Would 100% recommend.
