TRG Imaging Northcross

Such an awful experience. Receptionist was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience and she gave me attitude when I asked for a full receipt printed for insurance purposes. Not to mention it always makes me laugh when they say ACC surcharge" but the money you pay doesn't ACTUALLY go to ACC it goes to their own companies so ended up getting charged $40 for an X-Ray and Ultrasound that ACC pay the full cost for but TRG Imaging pocket my $40 for really poor service. The person who did my actual ultrasound also made me feel I was a burden and undermined me when I was trying to explain why the referral was different to what the hand therapist thought was going on for me. My esperience yesterday was really amazing. It was my first time there but the team was super nice and very professional during and after the procedure and they were trying to help in every possible way.I enjoyed my visit, the atmosphere and the very welcoming environment.Big thank you to everyone in TRG

Terrible place to park & get into! I would never choose to come to this Northcross practice due to the DANGEROUS access & traffic around the Northcross intersection. The parking is limited, without enough sheltered parking spaces (probably taken up by staff). They seemed nice & professional, but due to the rushed appts, they were unable to see me once I parked & eventually gained access to the building (kept locked like Fort Knox due to COVID protocols). My suggestion is to choose a service that's safe to access & park!!

Had to have xrays on my finger on a sunday had no wallet on me so they wouldnt proceed even tho my wife was on the way to pay rude and impolsive

I read some of the other reviews for this imaging place before I attended it today and was abit nervous but had the complete opposite experience. Got a park no problem, then the receptionist was super friendly and incredibly patient with everyone she dealth with and the radiologist was awesome too making me feel calm and relaxed the entire time.

Utterly appalling service.Needed to get an xray of my spine as recommended by my specialist. The woman at reception refused to accept the referral form as the notes also refer to my rib. Tried to explain my symptoms and clarify the reference but she was adamant that she couldn't do the xray without further confirmation from my specialist, as it's apparently a legal requirement so they scan the right area. She was absolutely impossible to deal with, spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time and made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.Went to Horizon Radiology at Smales Farm with exactly the same form and had the xray done without issue.

My dad had extremely bad experience today. The reception/ x-Ray radiography was soooo rude that complained why my father can see a doctor but don’t understand her English ???!!! So which it means anyone who can only speak little English cannot see any doctors here in NZ???!!! (Plus your English has a huge accent)I have seen your review history, and definitely it isn’t the first one and for sure not the last one.Everyone who will book you X-ray be careful what you will get from this centre.

This morning I had a very unpleasant experience at TRG Imaging Northcross with the lady at the reception that was actually not a Receptionist. She was rude with me, made a strange misunderstanding about the payment/insurance and at the end, obviously frustrated, she left the desk saying that she is not a receptionist to do this things. The sonographer was nice,and tried to explain that her boss is under stress,but that is not an excuse for someone to be rude with a patient.After the check up, I was told by the sonographer that all is solved regarding the payment but this lady approached me again questioning how did I entered the ordination when the doors are not opening before 8am? I told her that a person went in before me,and I entered after her, and she asked if I was following" this person? The approach was very rude and this lady should definitely change her attitude or just avoid being in contact with patients.And if they can't organize the appointment at 8am sharp

Don’t listen to other previous reviewers, I have had two X-rays and nothing but compliments towards the staff. Although the parking could definitely be improved, as it’s quite difficult to enter and find an available park
