Kept waiting outside 3/4 of an hour.Kept standing while explained reason for visit and during failed attempt to print needed form. Big empty room with lots of spare chairs and desks. Noted three other staff in very large area at the time. Could have easily had 10 plus meters distancing for another 4 or 5 clients and interviewers. Then staff without mask walked past me laughing and chatting to another staff member. When I asked about seating,was told could sit outside. Person 'helping me' didn't introduce himself. Only one person serving public, despite long queue waiting outside. Very unpleasant experience. If this is the improved service,must have been absolutely terrible before. Think MSD are taking the mickey. The lack of care and/or respect displayed to clients today was shameful.

are these the lads that kept and allowed the housing market to inflate and bloat? Letting the rest of us try to not drown in the prices that we cannot afford at all? Because if they are - you lot are all miserable. Start looking out for us and not the top 1% please. We need you to actually care for us citizens.

I went to drop off forms on behalf of someone last week and they were so quick to usher me out for some reason that they accidentally gave me a folder full of peoples drivers licences, birth certificates etc….Tried to run back and return it quickly as I needed to rush elsewhere and they reckon “you must wait in line”If you get framed for fraud, blame Winz!!!
